NOTICE OF POTENTIAL ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY The City of Lake Oswego has received an annexation petition for one parcel, shown on the attached map, which is located within the Urban Service Boundary of the City of Lake Oswego. The parcel is located at: 5950 Harrington Avenue (21E07CD05700) The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. to consider this annexation petition and proposed ordinance, including the zoning designation for the parcel. Due to COVID-19 and Executive Orders issued by Governor Brown, city facilities are currently closed to the public. Restrictions due to COVID-19 change daily. If city facilities remain closed, meetings will be held virtually with opportunities for the public to participate. The title of the ordinance is: Ordinance 2852 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel consisting of 0.28 acres at 5950 Harrington Avenue and public rights-of-way at Harrington Avenue and Mellon Avenue; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 20-0005).
