NOTICE OF COMPANY DISSOLUTION Pursuant to Section 60.644 of the Oregon Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that LaGrand Industrial Supply Co., an Oregon corporation, was dissolved effective October 27, 2020. Any claim against LaGrand Industrial Supply Co. must be made in writing and must include the following information (A) the date of the claim; (B) the amount of the claim; (C) the nature of the claim; and (D) the name and address of the claimant.
