PUBLIC NOTICE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Regular Meeting Wednesday, November 18, 2020 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 SW Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 A public hearing will be held at this meeting regarding the following application: Case File # LU-0018-2020. The applicant is seeking a Type III Subdivision Preliminary Plat per Troutdale Development Code Ch. 7. The applicant is proposing to subdivide the property into four lots to build single-family houses. The lots would be accessed via SE Hall Lane. The applicant plans to avoid developing in the VECO Slope District present on the property. In addition, the Planning Commission will continue their discussion of a potential new zoning district.
