Public hearing to consider the 2020 Gladstone Housing Needs Analysis.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Tuesday, December 15, 2020, beginning no earlier than 6:30 p.m. the Gladstone Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the 2020 Gladstone Housing Needs Analysis. If the Planning Commission recommends approval to the City Council, then the City Council will host the final hearing on February 9, 2021 beginning no earlier than 6:30 p.m. Per the Governor’s Executive Order 20-16, regarding compliance with Oregon’s public meeting laws, the City of Gladstone is abiding by social distancing requirements during the coronavirus pandemic. This public hearing will be conducted virtually using the ZOOM platform. Information regarding the public hearing will be posted on the City of Gladstone website at www.ci.gladstone.or.us on December 9, 2020. Failure to raise an issue in a hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.
