Major service components include: Managing the overall Capital Bond Program, which will include multiple design and construction projects, and supporting the development and implementation of a Program Management Office; Managing staff related to the Program Management Office; Coordinating executive steering committee meetings to ensure that the steering committee is informed and that any decisions that cannot be made at the project level are elevated and resolved; Developing and presenting reports and information for stakeholder and oversight groups including public advisory groups, the Capital Bond Program Executive Steering Committee, and the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners, as well as building relationships with said groups and; Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and provide value to Multnomah County residents.
