Work includes, but is not limited to, new ADA restroom, tenant kitchenettes, interior & exterior lighting, window replacement, exterior handrails, building envelope upgrades, painting, mechanical, plumbing and electrical. PREVAILING WAGE: This is a contract for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. CONTRACT: The winning bidder will be required to execute the form of contract included in the ITB. The terms will not be negotiated after opening or prior to execution. PRE-QUALIFICATION: Prequalification is not required to submit a bid on this contract MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM (PST) December 16th, 2020, located at the project site at 473 E Historic Columbia River Highway, Troutdale, OR.
