PUBLIC NOTICE T-Mobile West LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on the rooftop of an existing 80-foot tall building (overall height 101 feet, 4 inches) located at 1009 SW 6th Avenue, Portland, Multnomah County, OR 97205. The modifications will consist of the removal of six (6) panel antennas and installation of three (3) new panel antennas at a top height of 83 feet, 7 inches above ground level (AGL). The modification will also include the removal and replacement of additional support equipment.
