URBAN CENTER BUILDING (URBN) CHILLER REPLACEMENT Bids Due: January 6, 2021 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID (ITB) No. 1689 Electronically submitted bids for the Urban Center Building (URBN) Chiller Replacement will be received until 2:00 pm January 6, 2021, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/a/psu_or. The locker will automatically close at 2:00 pm and not allow further submissions. Briefly, the work includes purchase of chiller, demolition of existing 150 ton chiller, and installation of the new chiller as shown on the mechanical, controls, electrical, and structural design drawings. Interested parties can view and download the ITB, which is posted on the State of Oregon, Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) website: http://orpin.oregon.gov/open.dll/welcome. A mandatory video conference pre-bid meeting will be conducted via Zoom on December 14, 2020 at 10:00 am and mandatory site visits will be individually scheduled for December 15, 2020. Vendors must pre-register on or before December 14, 2020 at 9:00 am, to receive invitations to both of these meetings.
