METRO AND THE OREGON CONVENTION CENTER LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICE Proposals due: January 7, 2021 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 3892 The Oregon Convention Center of Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby requesting proposals for Landscape Maintenance Service at Oregon Convention Center located at 777 NE MLK Jr. Blvd., Portland, OR. Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m., January 7, 2021, on the BidLocker website, link included in RFP document. A voluntary pre-bid conference for all potential prime contractors is scheduled on December 17, 2020, at 2:00 pm. Parties will meet in front of the main entrance at the intersection of NE MLK Jr and NE Oregon Street. The Oregon Convention Center is looking for a commercial landscape firm to provide full service exterior maintenance, repair and modifications at the addresses below: — Oregon Convention Center at address 777 NE MLK Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97232 — Oregon Convention Center Plaza at 836 NE MLK Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97232 (across MLK from Main property). — MLK Heritage Site at 400 NE Hancock St, Portland, OR 97232 (includes small island at convergence of MLK and Grand avenue) Bidding documents/RFP documents can be viewed and downloaded from the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) at http://orpin.oregon.gov/open.dll/. Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
