NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCE 2862 Hearing Date, Time, and Location Tuesday, January 5, 2021; 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be conducted virtually via Zoom. All members of the City Council are attending remotely, and several avenues are available to the public for viewing this Public Hearing or participating remotely. The meeting can be livestreamed on the City’s YouTube Channel and at https://www.ci.oswego.or.us/. Nature of Hearing The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing at the above date, time and location to consider Ordinance 2862, Amending LOC Chapter 47, to temporarily modify temporary sign restrictions (LOC 47.08.305) for businesses during Covid-19 restrictions. Time Limits on Testimony The purpose of time limits on testimony is to provide all interested persons with an adequate opportunity to present and respond to testimony while at the same time ensuring that the hearing can be conducted in an efficient and expeditious manner. A time limit of 10 minutes for representatives of recognized neighborhood associations, homeowner associations, government agencies, or other incorporated public interest organizations; 5 minutes per individual.
