Unclaimed personal property.

Notice: The Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office has in its physical possession the unclaimed personal property described below. These items would have been seized/found between the years 2000-2020. If you have any ownership interest in any of that unclaimed property, you must file a claim with the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, or you will lose your interest in that property. Satisfactory proof of lawful ownership must be presented before property will be returned; such proof may consist of an accurate description of the unclaimed property. Property includes but is not limited to: bicycles, audio/video equipment, cameras, jewelry, computer equipment, personal items, money, tools, cell phones, and other miscellaneous items, a list of these items will be posted in the Yamhill County Courthouse, Community Center in McMinnville and Sheridan City Hall.
