PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yamhill County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on January 14, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. in Room 32 of the Yamhill County Court House located at 535 NE 5th St, McMinnville to consider the request below. Interested parties are invited to send in written comment or may appear and testify at the hearing. Comments submitted the day of the hearing will not be accepted via e-mail or fax but must be submitted in writing (9 copies) at the hearing: DOCKET SDR-25-20, a request by Anthony Van Nice for site design review to construct a wine production facility and by-appointment tasting room on a tract that has at least 15 acres of vineyard planted on-site. The parcel is identified as Tax Lots 3328-205 and 3328-206 and is located at 9820 NE Worden Hill Rd, Dundee. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.02(H) and 1101.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency and in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order, hearings are being held virtually through Zoom to allow for social distancing. Please note that due to COVID-19, there will be a limitation on the number of people that will be allowed into the hearing room at one time. Failure to raise an issue, either in person or in writing, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to allow the Board of Commissioners an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes an affected party’s appeal of the decision to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue.
