City of Lake Oswego NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCES 2859 AND 2860 The Lake Oswego City Council will consider Ordinances 2859 and 2860 at its regular meeting of Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at 5:30 pm. Due to COVID-19 and Executive Orders issued by Governor Brown, city facilities are currently closed to the public. This meeting will be held virtually and all members of the City Council are attending remotely. Several avenues are available to the public for viewing or participating remotely. The meeting can be livestreamed on the City’s YouTube Channel and on the City’s website (www.ci.oswego.or.us). The meeting will also be broadcast live on Tualatin Valley Community Television (tvctv.org). ORDINANCE 2859 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel consisting of 0.42 acres at 5110 Carman Drive; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 20-0008). ORDINANCE 2860 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel, consisting of 0.25 acres at 19064 Benfield Avenue; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 20-0009).
