PUBLIC NOTICE T-Mobile USA is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing building located at 108 NW 9th Avenue, Portland, Multnomah County, OR. The modifications will consist of the collocation of antennas at approximately 51 feet above ground level replacing the existing antennas at a similar height, on the 42-foot-tall building.
