PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Crook County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 27th , 2021 in the Crook County Meeting Room, 320 NE Court Street, Prineville, Oregon, to consider the following: REQUEST FOR TENTATIVE PLAN APPROVAL BRASADA RANCH DESTINATION RESORT – PHASE 14 Brasada Ranch Development, LLC (Owner/Applicant), Adam Conway, DOWL (Agent), Record Number 217-20-001217-PLNG. The applicant requests approval of the development plan for Phase 14 of Brasada Ranch. The proposed plan is for a minimum of forty-one (41) residential lots and a maximum of fifty-eight (58) residential lots. The application is subject to the criteria in Crook County Code 18.116 (Destination Resort Overlay Zone). The property is identified as portions of T16S, R14 E WM, section 26, tax lots 2801 and 2805 and T16S, R14 E WM, section 27, tax lot 2803. A notice of public hearing and location maps are being mailed to all affected property owners, and to the appropriate entities and public agencies at least 20 days prior to the Planning Commission hearing. The hearing is being held pursuant to Crook County Code 18.172.
