NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND HEARING ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT – COVID 19 (CDBG-CV3) ALLOCATION PLAN Washington County, City of Beaverton, City of Hillsboro In accordance with 24 CFR 91.05(c)(2) and subpart B of the federal regulations relative to citizen participation for Community Planning and Development Programs and applicable waivers made available to those requirements through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), Washington County and the cities of Beaverton and Hillsboro are amending the 2019 Action Plan to incorporate CDBG-CV3 funding and projects to be funded. Public Comment Period and Process: This Substantial Amendment to the FY 2019 Action Plan is available for a 7-day public review and comment period from January 8, 2021 through January 14, 2021 at 6:00 pm.
