PORT OF PORTLAND INVESTMENT BANKING UNDERWRITING SERVICES Responses due: January 29, 2021 @ 3:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SOLICITATION NUMBER 2021-9126 Offers for the provision of Investment Banking Underwriting Services will be electronically received by the Port of Portland through the Port’s online Business Opportunities Vendor Portal until the time indicated above. The Port of Portland (Port) is seeking proposals from experienced firms (the Provider or Providers) capable of providing Investment Banking Underwriting Services to the Port. The Port intends to engage one or more Providers to serve as part of its Investment Banking Underwriting Pool. The selected Providers will be engaged via a Letter of Appointment for an initial term of three (3) years. At the Port’s sole discretion, the Letter of Appointment may be extended for two additional one-year terms. The Port intends to engage one or more of the Providers in its Investment Banking/Underwriting Pool for its upcoming financings, however the Port reserves the right to undertake financings by other means and receiving a Letter of Appointment does not guarantee participation in any future Port financing. There are minimum requirements outlined in the RFP that must be met in order to be considered responsive.
