Agenda items include: An executive session on the topics of the Feasibility Study Projects Overview and the Legal Liabilities Associated with Feasibility Study Projects to discuss information that pre-decisional and exempted from public disclosure under the federal Freedom of Information Act under ORS 192.355(8); 192.660(2)(f); 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(5) and to discuss confidential legal advice and attorney-client communication (not related to litigation) under ORS 40.255; ORS 192.355(9)(a); and 192.660(2)(f). Other agenda items include: IGA Board Membership, Assets & Liabilities, Boundary Update Process, and updates on Mid-Year Financials, the Capital Improvement Plan, and the Drainage and Water Quality Master Plan.
