CITY OF MOLALLA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF LEGISLATIVE HEARING: On January 27, 2021 at 7:00 pm, in the Molalla Adult Center located at 315 Kennel Ave, Molalla, OR 97038, the Molalla City Council will conduct a public legislative hearing to consider the annexation and change of zoning for Parcel 02002 of Taxmap 52E05. If adopted the parcel would be annexed from the City’s Urban Growth Boundary into the City Limits and the zoning would change from EFU to it Comprehensive Plan zoning designation of R-1. The application (DCA06-2020) and full text ordinance are available for public review at City Hall. You may attend, offer testimony, or seek information at the hearing. Written testimony must contain your name and address, and if received in advance of the meeting will be forwarded to the hearing body.
