LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY (the Property) : In Township 11 South, Range 13 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jefferson County, Oregon: Section 11: The Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter lying Southerly of the Southerly right of way of SW Belmont Lane. 3. DEFAULT: The Grantor or any other person owing an obligation, the performance of which is secured by the Trust Deed, is in default and the Beneficiary seeks to foreclose the Trust Deed.
