ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF CULVER, OREGON WASTEWATER LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS – 2021 City of Culver, Oregon 200 1st Street / P.O. Box 368 Culver, Oregon 97734 The City of Culver, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of Wastewater Lift Station Improvements – 2021 project. The Work for this Contract generally consists of demolition of an existing wastewater lift station; construction of a new duplex submersible wastewater lift station, a new concrete masonry unit building, approximately 1,030 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch polyvinyl chloride gravity interceptor sewer, and four manholes; construction of approximately 1,400 LF of 2-inch high density polyethylene water service line; demolition of an existing flow control box and construction of a new flow control box structure; installation of electrical, controls, and instrumentation; installation of new standby power generator system; site and restoration work; and painting, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and as specified. Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by the City of Culver, Oregon, Attention: Donna McCormack, City Recorder/Manager at Culver City Hall, 200 First Avenue, Culver, Oregon 97734, until 2:00 p.m., local time, February 16, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The time for Substantial Completion shall be 180 calendar days. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
