NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY Notice is given that Washington County intends to transfer the following real properties to the City of Hillsboro, pursuant to Oregon Revised Statue 271.330(3): 1.) Tax ID 1N232CD02703, located just east of 110 SE 18th Avenue, Hillsboro, Oregon, and approximately 0.29 acres in size. 2.) Tax ID 1N232CB13200, located at 348 NE Hillwood Drive, Hillsboro, Oregon and approximately 0.25 acres in size. A public hearing will be held by the Washington County Board of County Commissioners on January 26, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building located at 155 N. First Avenue, Hillsboro, Oregon, to hear any objections to the transfer of the properties to the City of Hillsboro. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board remains committed to board community engagement and transparency of government and will host virtual business meetings on Zoom.
