PUBLIC NOTICE The Scappoose Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) has published the FY 2019/20 Annual Report. It is on file at Scappoose City Hall, 33568 E Columbia Avenue and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2019/20, the Agency did not receive nor expend any funds. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2020/21 are $24,597 with an additional $500 of interest. The FY 2020/21 budget includes $25,097 in revenues and $25,097 in expenditures.
