PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE As required by MMC Chapter 18.80.130, the City of Madras Planning Commission will be holding Public Hearings to receive testimony on the Zone Change application that was submitted by the Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon for a Quasi-judicial, Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map amendment to change the zoning of the subject property from Downtown Commercial (C-2) to Corridor Commercial (C-1) on Tax Lot 1700 located on Jefferson County Assessor’s Map 11-13-12DD. The file for this matter is ZC-20-1. STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE CRITERIA: This land use application will be reviewed using the criteria contained in Statewide Planning Goals 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, Madras Comprehensive Plan Goals 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, OAR 660-12-0060, and Madras Municipal Code (MMC) Chapter 18.75.
