AMENDED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE (after expiration of foreclosure moratorium) File No. 263370.0003 Reference is made to that certain deed of trust (the Trust Deed) dated August 22, 2018 executed by Mike Geiser (the Grantor) to Fidelity National Title (the Trustee), whose mailing address is 12809 SE 93rd Avenue, Clackamas, Oregon 97015, to secure payment and performance of certain obligations of Grantor to Cetan Funds, LLC, including repayment of a promissory note dated August 22, 2018 in the principal amount of $320,000.00 (the Note). The Trust Deed was recorded on August 24, 2018 as Instrument No. 2018-089402 in the official real property records of Multnomah County, Oregon. The Trust Deed was assigned by Cetan Funds, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, to Cetan Income Fund, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the Beneficiary), pursuant to that certain Assignment of Trust Deed recorded on May 7, 2020, as Instrument No. 2020-054264 in the official real property records of Multnomah County, Oregon.
