Fairview Urban Renewal Agency Annual Report The Fairview Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) has published the FY 2019/2020 annual report. It is on file at City Hall and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2019/2020, the Agency received $108,616 in property tax revenue and $3,460,000 in bond proceeds. Expenditures from FY 2019/2020 were $699,035. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2020/2021 are $197,972. The 2020/2021 budget includes $3,288,287 in revenues and expenditures. The estimated impact of carrying out the urban renewal plan on the tax collections for the preceding year for all taxing districts is shown in the table below.
