WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON CAPITAL PROJECT SERVICES SUPPORT: ENGINEERING SERVICES Proposals due: March 5, 2021 @ 3:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Washington County, Oregon has let three separate RFPs requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Capital Project Services Support: Civil/Roadway Engineering (RFP 2021.002P), Transportation and Traffic Engineering Services (RFP 2021.018P), and Structural and Bridge Engineering Services (RFP 2021.019P). Proposals for these RFPs must be received by 3:00 pm Mar 5, 2021. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so. A copy of the Request for Proposal document is posted on ProcureNow. Proposal documents can be viewed and downloaded from the site. The County’s electronic solicitation portal can also be accessed at http://www.washcopurch.com/biz. Proposer is responsible for checking the site for any addendums before submitting their proposals.
