Notice is hereby given that the Crook County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 to consider the following: Text Amendment – Code Update Record number 217-21-000030-PLNG Crook County (applicant) is requesting a Text Amendment to amend Crook County Code Title 18, Zoning The purpose of the proposed Text Amendment is to provide clarification, update references, and align with state code. The hearing is being held pursuant to Crook County Code 18.172. Written testimony may be submitted to the Crook County Community Development Department, 300 NE 3rd Street, Room 12, Prineville, Oregon 97754, prior to 4:00 p.m. on February 17, 2021 or at the hearing.
