Notice of Preliminary Determination for Water Right Transfer T-13230 T-13230 filed by Jensen Bros. Properties, LLC, 7475 Jensen Road NE., Gervais, OR 97026, proposes a change in point of appropriation under Certificate 89753. The right allows the use of 2.65 cfs from two wells in Sects. 14 and 15, T 5S, R2W, WM for irrigation in Sects. 15, 22, and 23, T5S, R2W, WM. The applicant proposes to move a point of appropriation in Sec. 22, T 5S, R2W, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the transfer, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000.
