NOTICE OF CORPORATE DISSOLUTION Crorey Mechanical Engineering & Construction, Inc., an Oregon corporation, has dissolved effective January 28, 2021. In accordance with ORS 60.644, this notice is to inform unknown claimants that a claim against Crorey Mechanical Engineering & Construction, Inc. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after publication of this notice. Claims must include the following: 1) the identity of the claimant; (2) a description of the claim, including relevant dates; (3) the amount claimed; and (4) any documentation supporting the claim.
