NOTICE OF JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONER HEARING CASEFILES 20-PA-02 AND 20-A-02 The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners have scheduled a public hearing to review two applications as follows: Casefile 20-PA-02 is a legislative amendment to the City of Metolius Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) in Jefferson County. The UGB expansion is seeking to bring the City owned City of Metolius wastewater treatment facility land within the City of Metolius UGB. The property for inclusion in the Metolius UGB is identified as T11S, R13E, Section 21, Tax Lot 700 (35.1 acres) and T11S, R13E, Section 22, Tax Lot 1300 (32.14 acres). Casefile 20-A-02 is an appeal of a Planning Commission denial on an Income Test Farm Dwelling (Casefile 20-FD-05) on land owned by Northwest Oregon Land, LLC in the EFU A-1 zone. The property is identified as T12S, R12E, Section 12, Tax Lot 100 (38.20 acres). The hearing will be held on March 2, 2021, at 5:30 pm in the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners meeting room located at 66 SE D Street, Madras, OR.
