Clackamas County intends to amend its 2017-2021 Consolidated Plan in the following manner: Program Year 2020-2021 (2020 Action Plan) ESG Rapid Rehousing (2020/30): $25,000 for Rapid Rehousing Housing stabilization services to individuals and families with eviction notices including case management and financial assistance to prevent homelessness. The project is cancelled. The $25,000 budget will be re-programmed to the 2020 ESG HMIS Project. No other projects will be impacted by this change. Emergency Solutions Grant HMIS (2020/32) $48,303 Funding for ESG Homeless Management Information System to fund staffing to maintain data quality, measure performance, user licensing/training and reporting to HUD. The project budget is increased by $25,000. The new total budget for this project will be $73,303. No other projects will be impacted by this change.
