Due to the restrictions in place established by the Governor’s Stay-at-Home Order, Fairview City Hall is closed and the meeting will be held on Zoom using the following link: Join Zoom Meeting: https://zoom.us/j/91447866042 Meeting ID: 914 4786 6042 Passcode: 1908 Phone in: 253-215-8782 Application #2020-37-DR: a request to construct a truck parking facility at 23012 NE Sandy Blvd. with a 21,600 s.f. building with a 2,000 s.f. mezzanine, a truck maintenance area, truck wash facility and 182 parking spaces (20 passenger and 162 truck) in a paved parking lot in the GI Zone. The application is subject to the Type III quasi-judicial process in accordance with and with criteria from Fairview Municipal Code (FMC) 19.85, 19.106, 19.162 through 19.165, and 19.426. The Planning Commission may make a final decision regarding the above application at the public hearing on March 9, 2021. If the Planning Commission renders a decision, it will be mailed to anyone who submitted written comments, provided public testimony, or who is otherwise legally entitled to notice.
