NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY SEED GROWER’S ASSOCIATION PROPOSAL OF DISSOLUTION OF CORPORATION AT ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING ON MARCH 4, 2021 Please take notice that the Jefferson County Seed Grower’s Association Board of Directors will make the following recommendation at the upcoming Annual Members Meeting scheduled for March 4, 2021 for the vote of the Members: Permission is hereby requested to dissolve the Jefferson County Seed Grower’s Association as a Mutual Benefit Corporation and to authorize the current Board to seek reorganization as a Public Benefit Non-Profit Corporation.
