THE CITY OF DAYTON,OREGON ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DESIGN OF UTILITY BRIDGE WITH INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES Proposals due: March 12, 2021 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Dayton (City) is soliciting proposals from a qualified licensed engineer (Engineer/Proposer) to provide engineering services for the design of a utility bridge steel mid-span replacement with infrastructure upgrades. The City will screen Proposers and select an Engineer as provided in ORS 279C.110(5) which allows the City to use pricing information as part of its screening and selection process. Due to COVID-19 guidelines and office closures, Proposers shall submit proposals electronically by emailing rroaden@ci.dayton.or.us. Late proposals will not be accepted. The City of Dayton reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting statues, rules and procedures which apply to this project, to waive all informalities, and to reject for good cause any and all proposals upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
