WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON STRATEGIC FACILITIES PLAN Proposals due: March 17, 2021 @ 4:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 2021.028P Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to create a Strategic Facilities Plan for Washington County. Washington County Facilities and Park Services is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services to develop a Strategic Facilities Plan (SFP). The County Administrative Office (CAO) and the Facilities & Parks Services Division (FPS) are undertaking a strategic facilities planning effort. This request for proposal seeks to identify a partner to guide this strategic facilities planning effort that will shape our facilities portfolio for the next 50 years and inform a capital construction effort over a short term cycle and 2 ten year cycles. A Pre-Proposal Meeting (Non-Mandatory) will be held March 2, 2021, 2:00pm. More information can be found in the Introduction section of the ProcureNow posting. Proposals must be received by 4:00 pm Wednesday, March 17, 2021. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so. A copy of the Request for Proposal document is posted on ProcureNow. Proposal documents can be viewed and downloaded from the site. The County’s electronic solicitation portal can also be accessed at www.washcopurch.com/biz. Proposer is responsible for checking the site for any addendums before submitting their proposals. The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County.
