Public Notice: Industrial Pretreatment Program Significant Noncompliance The City of Gresham Industrial Pretreatment Program serves to protect the City’s wastewater system, and thereby protect the environment and the health and safety of public utility workers and the community. Federal regulations (Chapter 40 Code of Federal Regulations, part 403.8(f)(2)(viii)) require the City to publish annually a public notification of industries that met the criteria for significant noncompliance (SNC). For the calendar Quarters October 2019 – December 2020, the following companies met the federal criteria for SNC, and violated the following standards: Portland Specialty Baking 3423 NE 172nd Place, Portland, Oregon 97230 October 2019 – December 2020 – failure to report on compliance schedule milestone. January 2020 – September 2020 – pH discharge violations Teeny Foods Inc 3434 NE 170th Pl, Portland, Oregon 97230 April 2020 – September 2020 – pH discharge violations These violations had no negative impact on the Gresham treatment system or the environment.
