Comprehensive Plan Update – Population Forecast (Legislative): Consider a City proposal to update the Comprehensive Plan, Section IV Population Growth B. Population Projections. The City Council asks that 10 copies of written testimony be submitted to the City Recorder before 12:00 PM on March 11, 2021. Written testimony received after that time will be brought before the Council on the night of the meeting for consideration and a vote to accept or not accept it into the record.
