NOTICE OF PETITION TO VACATE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY CITY OF CANBY The Canby City Council will hold a public hearing on March 17, 2021 at 7:30 pm to consider a petition filed by Canby Development, LLC, to vacate portions of the North Maple Street cul-de-sac right-of-way that are unneeded for the extension of North Maple Street. The property is located at the terminus of North Maple Street. The North Maple Street cul-de-sac was dedicated to the City in 1975 as a temporary right-of-way and was intended to be vacated when North Maple Street is extended, as now required by the approval of the Seven Acres Subdivision. The street vacation petition was filed on February 3, 2021. Any objections or remonstrance may be made in writing and filed prior to the hearing and will be heard and considered during the hearing. Written comments may be submitted but must be mailed to City of Canby, PO Box 930, Canby, OR 97013 prior to the meeting date. They may also be emailed to PublicComments@canbyoregon.gov.
