You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled action, within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint. This action relates to real property legally described as: The south 100 feet of vacated Block 23, 26 and 28, ROBERTSON, including the vacated portion of First and Second Avenue, together with an easement for ingress and egress over and across the west 20 feet of the vacated portion of Third Avenue adjacent to said Vacated Block 23, all in the County of Clackamas and State of Oregon. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for the following relief: 1. On Plaintiffs First Claim for Relief (Suit to Quiet Title), for a Judgment quieting title in the Easement in Plaintiffs name and holding that the Defendants do not have any rights, title or interest in the Easement; 2. On Plaintiffs Second Claim for Relief (Declaratory Judgment), claim in the alternative: For an Order declaring that Plaintiff is the fee owner of the Easement, having acquired same through Adverse Possession; 3.
