JOINT WATER COMMISSION PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT BATEMAN CREEK FISH PASSAGE AND HABITAT Bids due and Bid Closing Date and Time: April 6, 2021 @ 2:00 PM First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure due: Not later than April 6, 2021 @ 4:00 PM INVITATION TO BID (ITB) ENHANCEMENT ITB NO. 202102-10004 The Joint Water Commission (JWC) seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors able to provide removal of two failing double-culverts and construction of two replacement prefabricated concrete slab crossings, related roadwork, and placement of large wood pieces (provided by owner) in stream for habitat improvement. The site is located on a private property on Bateman Creek in Western Washington County. Work includes all time, material, labor, etc. to complete the project per the drawings and specifications. There is no pre-qualification process for the ITB. There is no mandatory pre-bid conference. If a prospective bidder desires a site visit, they must email the JWC contact by March 23, 2021 to schedule. Due to the COVID conditions, site-visits will be limited to a specific time and participation will be limited to two persons in order to minimize exposure potential. The visit will strictly be an opportunity for bidders to view the site. No questions will be answered and no information beyond what is in this ITB will be provided.
