NOTICE OF ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE CANBY URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY To Be Used For Official Notice for the FY 2019-20 Canby Urban Renewal Annual Report. The Canby Urban Renewal Agency (URA) has published the FY 2019-20 annual report. It is on file at Canby City Hall and on the City website https://www.canbyoregon.gov/URD/Plan.htm. In FY 2019-20, the Agency received $4,079,812 in revenue, which includes tax revenue, miscellaneous revenue, and interest on investments. Expenditures were $4,497,501. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2020-21 are $4,226,735. The FY2020/21 budget includes $8,398,135 in resources and requirements. The estimated impact of carrying out the urban renewal plan on the tax collections for the preceding year for all taxing districts is $3,925,359. Published Mar. 3 & 10, 2021. CH193946
