(5) $3,300.00 in U.S. Currency seized from Lenin Torres Solis at 1451 NE 181st Ave., Gresham, 97230, Multnomah County, Oregon on 01/14/2020, in Gresham Police Case # 20-2418. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND BASIS FOR CIVIL FORFEITURE The above described property was seized for civil forfeiture on date(s) indicated by the Gresham Police Department as a result of criminal investigation identified by the listed case number. The property is subject to forfeiture pursuant to ORS 131A.020 as proceeds or instrumentalities of prohibited conduct in as much as the property was used in committing or facilitating the violation or solicitation to violate, attempt to violate or conspiracy to violate the criminal laws of the State of Oregon regarding the manufacture, distribution, or possession of controlled substances (ORS Chapter 475). FORFEITURE means that the property will be transferred to the government, and persons with any interest in the property will be deprived of that interest without compensation because of the use or acquisition of the property in or through prohibited conduct as defined in ORS Chapter 131A.
