Sunrise Development, LLC has purchased 100% of Bradley Ketch’s interest in said company. Sunrise Development, LLC does not recognize Bradley Ketch or any persons, or entities connected to him, as having any capacity to represent said company or bind company in any manner. Bradley Ketch does not have the authority to use any Sunrise Development LLC or 459Rock LLC confidential information, website, marketing materials, videos, emails, photos, or logos for his own or any of associated entities he is a member of. He no authority or consent to represent the 459Rock Apartment complex as a project Oregon Community Capital, Oregon Community Development Corporation, or aka Rockwood Community Development Corporation constructed or built in any marketing materials, presentations or advertising.
