JENKINS SUMMONS – CASE NO. 20CV38174 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF CLACKAMAS TO: CLIFFORD R. JENKINS, the above-named defendant. You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint, to-wit: 1. For the principal sum of $18,926.70, plus accrued interest at the contract rate through September 8, 2020 in the sum of $542.34, plus accrued interest at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum from September 9, 2020 through October 21, 2020 in the sum of $200.68, plus interest accruing on the principal balance at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum ($4.67 per diem) from October 22, 2020, until the date judgment is entered; 2. For Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees; 3. For Plaintiff’s costs and disbursements incurred herein; 4. For interest on the sum of paragraphs 1 through 3 above at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum, from the date judgment is entered until paid in full; and 5.
