NOTICE OF PROPOSED STREET VACATION Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of Oregon City, on the 17th of February 2021, reviewed a resolution that initiated proceedings undertaken by said Commission upon its own motion – and, pursuant to ORS 271.080, and including ORS 271.230 – for the vacation of the alley in Block B in the Park Addition to Oregon City within the corporate limits of Oregon City, Clackamas County, Oregon, as described below: A tract of land being the 10.00′ alley bisecting Block B, PARK ADDITION TO OREGON CITY, Clackamas County Plat Records, located in the Southwest one-quarter of Section 29, Township 2 South, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian, City of Oregon City, County of Clackamas, State of Oregon. A petition was filed by Lance Earle on March 19, 2020 for the vacation of the above-described alley. Vacation application and supporting materials are available for inspection in the Engineering Offices at City Hall, 625 Center Street, Oregon City. The City Commission of Oregon City has fixed the hour of 7:00 P.M., on Wednesday, March 17th, 2021, via virtual City Commission hearing, as the time and place for the hearing. Any and all objections/claims concerning said proposed vacation which may theretofore have been filed in writing with the City Recorder of Oregon City, prior to the time of hearing will be heard and considered.
