CITY OF MADRAS Notice of Request for Proposals – Grant Administration, Environmental Review, Labor Compliance Standards, and Related Services March 11, 2021 City is issuing this notice of RFP to select a consultant to provide certain grant administration, environmental review, labor compliance standards, and related services concerning City’s homeless services center project (the Project). The grant administration services arise out of anticipated funding from the Oregon Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program administered by the Oregon Business Development Department (OBDD) Infrastructure Finance Authority. Work under this contract will be funded in its entirety with federal grant funds from the Oregon Community Development Block Grant program.
