NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Sauvie Island Fire District, Multnomah County 30J, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. The meeting will take place on the 8th day of April 2021 at 6:00 p.m. and will occur both at the fire station located at 18342 NW Sauvie Is-land Rd, Portland Oregon 97231 and virtually. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget doc-ument may be inspected or obtained on or after April 8, 2021 by contacting info@sifire.org or (503) 621-1242 and leaving a message to arrange viewing or inspection. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting or join virtually to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee during the public comment portion of the meeting. This notice can be viewed at www.sifire.org The meetings will be available for listening via District’s Zoho online meeting page. A link will be posted on the District’s web page. Public comment will be taken in person, in writ-ing and by phone in format. Written comments received by 5 pm on April 7, 2021 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting on April 8, 2021. Comments by phone will be taken on a scheduled basis during the public comment section of the meeting on April 8, 2021. Public comment must be scheduled no later than 5 pm on April 7, 2021.
