PUBLIC NOTICE PLANNING COMMISSION QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City of Fairview Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to review a proposed Subdivision at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2021. This was previously heard by the Planning Commission on March 9, however due to an error with the notice, a second date is being made available to provide additional testimony. Fairview City Hall is closed to the public and the meeting will be held on Zoom. The link will be available on the Planning Commission agenda which is available here- https://fairvieworegon.gov/207/Planning-Commission. Application #2020-05-SD: a request to subdivide tax lot 1N3E28-1800, a 2.97 acre property in Fairview on NE Wistful Vista Drive into 10 separate residential lots averaging 10,000 s.f. per lot with a private street and detention basin in the R-10 Zone. The application is subject to the Type II quasi-judicial process (the City has opted for a full hearing before the Planning Commission) in accordance with and with criteria from Fairview Municipal Code (FMC) 19.30, 19.162 through 19.165, 19.250, 19.413, 19.418, 19.427 and 19.430. The Planning Commission may make a final decision regarding the above application at the public hearing on April 8, 2021. If the Planning Commission renders a decision, it will be mailed to anyone who submitted written comments, provided public testimony, or who is otherwise legally entitled to notice. To Submit Comments or Obtain More Information: If you wish to appeal the request on a particular issue, that issue must be raised in writing prior to the hearing, or verbally within the public hearing. Issues must be raised with sufficient specificity to enable the decision-maker to respond to the issues. All evidence relied upon by the Planning Commission to make this decision is in the public record, available for public review.
