NOTICE OF POTENTIAL ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY The City of Lake Oswego has received an annexation petition for one parcel, which is located within the Urban Service Boundary of the City of Lake Oswego. The parcel is located at: 910 Atwater Road (21E04DA00400) The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to consider these annexation petitions and proposed ordinance, including the zoning designation for the parcels. Due to COVID-19 and Executive Orders issued by Governor Brown, city facilities are currently closed to the public. This meeting will be held virtually and all members of the City Council are attending remotely. Several avenues are available to the public for viewing or participating remotely.
